Did Jesus (Yahsua) Deliberately Misquote Scripture?

Jesus (Yahsua) frequently quoted directly from the Hebrew Scriptures. Following is a list of verses that contain the name YHWH and which Jesus quoted verbatim in the New Testament. The implication of the Messiah quoting the Old Testament is significant. Either He accurately quoted from the Old Testament including using the sacred name of the living God, YHWH, or he didn't accurately quote from the Scriptures. Would the Messiah be afraid to openly use the name YHWH in fear of the commands of men and rabbis who at that time claimed if one were to openly pronounce the name YHWH they would violate the 3^th Commandment and be declared having blasphemed which would be punishable by death?
